In an online survey earlier this year we asked you how many genes of interest you look at in your gene expression studies. 

From the large number of participants we received 76% who stated that they need to analyse 23 to 380 genes from one sample. This result supports the approach of topic-defined DualChip microarrays for gene expression with up to 380 genes per array.
